Many of the G2 South team members have been with us since the very beginning more than 20 years ago. Because this is unlikely to be found at most other offices in the area, it is a testament to the kind of dental practice we provide. Tracey, Practice Manager
Tracey has been a part of our practice for over 20 years, and she feels blessed that she gets to work with an amazing group of people every day that always puts our patients first. She graduated from Butler University and has an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of St. Thomas.
Tracey married Jeffrey in 2016, and she is the “bonus” mom for three boys and two boxer dogs. She loves to travel, and some of her favorite places include Fiji, French Polynesia, and the Dominican Republic. She also enjoys any activity that involves water, and she and her husband are huge football fans as well.
Stacey, Office Administrator
Stacey says that the best part of her job is getting to know new patients and catch up with returning ones. Each person who visits us is interesting and has a story to tell, and she wants to hear it!
Stacey and her husband, Jason, have three children, one grandbaby, two Chihuahua mixes, and even a granddog. She likes to read anything she can get her hands on and is always ready to take on home improvement projects. She has also played the piano since she was six.
Shara, Dental Assistant
Shara has been with our practice since it first opened, and she has over 40 years of experience in dentistry. Her primary goal each day is to make sure our patients feel both comfortable and confident while they’re in the chair.
Shara and her husband, Brent, have five children and nine grandchildren. She is the owner of Shara’s Floral Designs, a wedding and event business, and she often spends her free time gardening and updating her 1865 farmhouse.
Sophia, Dental Assistant
Sophia loves making people feel comfortable and says that the best thing about her job is simply getting to talk to our patients and have good conversations every day. Prior to joining our team, she earned her Expanded Duties certification, worked in two general dentistry offices, and volunteered with TeamSmile (an organization that helps underprivileged children gain access to long-term dental care).
Originally from Cottage Grove, Sophia is the second of nine siblings, so she ends up spending a lot of her free time with family! She also likes to do anything crafty, particularly making pottery, and is absolutely obsessed with her dog.
Charisse, Dental Hygienist
Charisse says that she enjoys helping people in the community where she grew up and is currently raising a family. For her, she isn’t just serving patients, but her friends and neighbors! She has a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from the University of Minnesota and still completes continuing education each year.
Charisse and her husband, Matt, have a daughter and son as well as a golden lab. Most of the time, she is busy with her children’s sports, so you’ll often find her at the hockey rink or coaching soccer. When they can, the family also likes to travel and relax at their lake cabin.
